INSPIRATION
OUR
Our name, bottle design and each of our tequilas represent a full-circle connection between the inspiring, highly sophisticated ancient civilization that lived at the site of Guachimontones, in Teuchitlán, at the heart of the state of Jalisco, Mexico.
A tequila that represents the very best of Mexico
The secret in creating a beverage so outstanding for it´s fresh and sophisticated flavor starts with the meticulous selection of the agaves in there optimum ripe point.
Once harvested, our thorough process continues with a slow cooking of the agave (48 hours) in masonry ovens to adopt a touch of the taste of clay in our product. The process continues with the extraction of a fascintating combination of juices and honey from the agave and later the slow fermentation (7 days) in stainless steel tanks.
Finally, our process ends with a double distillation that refines the flavour and aromas of our Círculo Tequila Blanco.

In addition, our product is aged for more than 3 years in brand new White American Oak Barrels. This is how we extarct the delicious tastes of wood that will give a soft characterisitc of Círculo Tequla Extra-añejo which by combining with our Círculo Tequila Blanco, gives as a result the origin to our Círculo Tequila Joven; a beverage with a unique balance of smells and tastes.
